Today the 5th of november 2018 the youngsters of the “European Atelier of Crafts” Erasmus+ project arrived in Perugia (Italy).
About 60 youngsters from France, Latvia, Poland and Spain will be hosted both in the “Scuola dei Mestieri” in ECIPA Umbria and in some companies which joined the project.
The Assessor for the education of the Umbria Region, Antonio Bartolini, has inaugurated the meeting while the President and Coordinator of the project in Ecipa, Fabrizio Salvanti and Adriana Chiacchella have welcomed everyone. Marina Gasparri, for the CNA, was the creator of the project together with Piero Montanucci, president of “Consorzio Futuro”.
What better time to start the works in the new super-technological headquarters of Ecipa in Fontivegge?
The Assessor Bartolini has given his regards to the young students underlining the cozy nature of Perugia, city of peace.
Fabrizio Salvanti joined the meeting and was enthusiastic to see so much Europe inside Ecipa and Piero Montanucci has underlined the intercultural comparison also through the handicraft.
Marina Gasparri, creator of the Project has expressed satisfaction to see realized the Atelier of crafts in the new headquarters in the heart of Fontivegge, a model shared among other european schools.
Still on hold of the official inauguration, the new headquarters is ready to host many youngsters from France, Spain, Latvia and Poland and the italian students of Ecipa and Consorzio Futuro.
Accompanied by their teachers of the schools JOSÉ LUIS CASTILLO-PUCHE (Yecla, Spagna), Riga Art and media school (Riga, Lettonia), TEB Edukacja sp. z o.o. (Poznań, Polonia) and the Chamber of Commerce of Lyon (Chambre De Métiers Et De L’Artisanat Du Rhône – Francia), the youngsters will challenge themselves with the learning model developed in Spain last may by the teachers of all the partner schools.
Youngsters will stay in Perugia for 14 days thanks to the project “Atelier of Crafts” which is financed by the Erasmus + Program and whose coordinator is Ecipa.
An exchange of good practices in a VET environment (professional education) which allows european youngsters, who are graduating in a job relating to wellness and beauty, design and art craft, graphic and web design-that is to say hairdressers, aestheticians, graphics, photographers, interior designers, sports entertainer, dental hygienists, information net experts, customer service experts, textile designers- to make a professional experience in a company of Perugia.
For seven days each student will make a work experience in one of our companies. These companies has shown to be very open, welcoming and also willing to dialogue and cultural exchange.

This is the list of the hosting companies which signed the learning agreements putting themselves on the line and showing to want to be a part of the educational system involving youngsters who can in this way acquire useful skills for the job market.
At the base of all the experience the methodological model which animate the project: a participated training based on the exchange of knowledges and experiences and also on a mutual learning both methodological and operative. A professional school which respects the youngsters learning styles keeping in consideration also the technological innovation. A professional school in harmony with the job market.
Today in Ecipa there were almost 180 students (the foreign ones and those who study at the professional school in Ecipa). We had the confirmation that the “Atelier of Crafts” project can transfer competencies, create a methodological model to acquire and assess knowledges, giving dignity to the professional education and also importance to exchange and inter-culture. Together with this it has underlined the fact that our city, food, art and culture and handicrafts are our flagships.

Circa 60 ragazzi provenienti da Francia, Lituania, Polonia e Spagna saranno ospiti della Scuola dei Mestieri di ECIPA Umbria e della aziende che hanno aderito al progetto.

Quale migliore occasione per avviare i lavori nella nuova sede supertecnologica di Ecipa a Fontivegge?
L’Assessore Bartolini ha portato il saluto ai giovani studenti sottolineando la natura ospitale di Perugia, città di Pace.
Si è unito al saluto Fabrizio Salvanti, entusiasta di vedere tanta Europa dentro Ecipa e Piero Montanucci che ha sottolineato l’importanza del confronto interculturale anche attraverso l’artigianato.
Marina Gasparri, creatrice del Progetto ha espresso soddisfazione nel vedere realizzato l’Atelier dei Mestieri, nella nuova sede, nel cuore di Fontivegge, un modello condiviso da altre scuole europee.
Appena popolata, ancora in attesa dell’inaugurazione ufficiale, la nuova sede è pronta ad ospitare tanti giovani provenienti da Francia, Spagna, Lettonia e Polonia e gli allievi italiani di Ecipa e Consorzio Futuro.
Accompagnati dai loro insegnanti delle Scuole JOSÉ LUIS CASTILLO-PUCHE (Yecla, Spagna), Riga Art and media school (Riga, Lettonia), TEB Edukacja sp. z o.o. (Poznań, Polonia) e dalla Camera di Commercio di Lione (Chambre De Métiers Et De L’Artisanat Du Rhône – Francia), i giovani studenti si misureranno con il modello di apprendimento messo a punto in Spagna lo scorso maggio per mano dei docenti di tutte le scuole partner.
I ragazzi soggiorneranno a Perugia per 14 giorni, grazie al Progetto “Atelier of crafts” finanziato nell’ambito del Programma Erasmus +, del quale Ecipa è coordinatore.
Uno scambio di buone prassi in ambito VET (formazione professionale) che permette ai giovani europei, che si stanno qualificando in una professione che riguarda i settori wellness and beauty, design and art craft, graphic and web design – ovvero parrucchieri, estetisti, grafici, fotografi, progettisti d’arredi, animatori sportivi, igienisti dentali, esperti di reti informatiche, addetti all’accoglienza, designer tessili – di fare un’esperienza formativa in un’impresa del territorio perugino.
Per sette giorni ciascun allievo realizzerà un work experience in una delle nostre imprese. Imprese che si sono dimostrate aperte e accoglienti, disponibili al dialogo e allo scambio culturale.

Questa è la lista delle aziende ospitanti che hanno firmato i learning agreements mettendosi in gioco e dimostrando di voler far parte del sistema formativo che prende in carico i giovani e li porta ad acquisire professionalità spendibili sul mercato del lavoro.
Alla base di tutta l’esperienza il modello metodologico che anima il progetto: un tipo di formazione partecipata tra pari fondata sullo scambio di conoscenze ed esperienze e sull’apprendimento reciproco sia metodologico che operativo. Una scuola professionale che rispetti gli stili di apprendimento dei giovani e tenga conto dell’innovazione tecnologica. Una Scuola professionalizzante in sintonia con il mercato del lavoro.
Oggi in Ecipa erano presenti circa 180 studenti (quelli stranieri, più quelli che frequentano i corsi professionalizzanti di Ecipa).
Ed oggi si è avuta la conferma che questo dell’Atelier dei mestieri è un progetto che, oltre a trasferire competenze e mettere a punto un modello metodologico per l’acquisizione la valutazione dei saperi, cerca di dare dignità alla formazione professionale e prediligere lo scambio e l’interculturalità, oltre ad essere un’occasione perfetta per mostrare la nostra città, il nostro cibo, arte la cultura e l’artigianato che da sempre la contraddistinguono.
