A type of participated education among peers based on the exchange of knowledges, experiences and mutual both methodological and operative learning.
This is the School (with the capital S not for a coincidence), for which both ecipa and Consorzio Futuro work for more than 20 years. The professional school where it’s possible learn a job respecting the learning styles of the youngsters and which takes into consideration the technological innovation. A vocational School in harmony with the job market.
A group of trainers from all Europe , in Yecla (Spain) coordinated by Ecipa Umbria (the CNA educational agency in Perugia) will discuss about this from the 14th to the 20th of May.
Guests of the JOSÉ LUIS CASTILLO-PUCHE School, which has a long tradition of Professional Education (from the 1966) and train youngsters of all the region (now it has around 1.400 students), spanish, latvian (Riga Art and media school, with about 1000 students), french (Chambre De Métiers Et De L’Artisanat Du Rhône), polish (TEB Edukacja sp. z o.o., which offers educational services in all Poland) and italian experts will compare their experiences.
A research and exchange of good practices work to write together the guidelines of what literally means “ATELIER OF CRAFTS”.
Three sectors are examined: wellness and beauty, design and art craft, graphic and web design. The educational model will be tested in november in Perugia, when 70 youngsters from various european countries will experiment it.
The trainers will identify the key factors of a successful professional education, where the theory-laboratory-experience mix in the company is well calibrated in order to acquire technical-professional competencies and prepare the learners to work.
The meeting of the trainees provides an accurate study of all aspects that mark the VET setting (professional education) and behind the scenes the firm will of participate in the development process of Artcraft concerning quality, creativity and know-how extensively emerges. In this meeting will be discussed, net of the economic crisis and the technological revolution, the job values and both the person and the worker education.
In this way education can update and promote itself through the comparison with Europe. Innovation and tradition to find educational models of the crafts of the future.

Un tipo di formazione partecipata tra pari fondata sullo scambio di conoscenze ed esperienze e sull’apprendimento reciproco sia metodologico che operativo. Questa è la Scuola (la S non a caso è maiuscola), per la quale si spendono Ecipa e Consorzio Futuro da oltre 20 anni. La scuola professionale per apprendere un mestiere. La scuola professionale che rispetti gli stili di apprendimento dei giovani e tenga conto dell’innovazione tecnologica. Una Scuola professionalizzante in sintonia con il mercato del lavoro.
Su questo si interrogherà un gruppo di formatori, coordinato da Ecipa Umbria (Agenzia formativa della CNA Umbria con sede a Perugia) provenienti da tutta Europa, dal 14 al 20 maggio a Yecla, in Spagna.
Ospiti dell’Istituto Scolastico JOSÉ LUIS CASTILLO-PUCHE, che vanta una lunga tradizione in tema di Formazione Professionale (dal 1966) e si occupa di formare i ragazzi di tutta la regione (attualmente conta circa 1.400 iscritti), esperti spagnoli, lettoni (Riga Art and media school, con circa 1000 iscritti), francesi (Chambre De Métiers Et De L’Artisanat Du Rhône), polacchi (TEB Edukacja sp. z o.o., che offre servizi formativi in tutta la Polonia) e italiani metteranno a confronto le propri esperienze.
Un lavoro di ricerca e di scambio di buone prassi per scrivere a più mani le linee guida di quello che letteralmente significa LABORATORIO DEI MESTIERI (ATELIER OF CRAFTS).
Sono 3 i settori indagati: wellness and beauty, design and art craft, graphic and web design. Settori nell’ambito dei quali verrà studiato il modello formativo da testare in novembre a Perugia, quando 70 ragazzi provenienti dai vari paesi europei lo sperimenteranno.
I formatori individueranno i fattori chiave di una formazione professionale di successo, dove il mix teoria-laboratorio-esperienze lavoro in azienda è ben calibrato per acquisire competenze tecnico-professionali e preparare i discenti al lavoro.
L’incontro dei tecnici prevede un’indagine accurata di tutti gli aspetti che contraddistinguono l’ambito VET (Formazione Professionale) e dietro le quinte emerge la ferma volontà di partecipare al processo di valorizzazione dell’Artigianato, nel concetto più ampio e alto, vale a dire quello che rimanda a qualità, creatività e perizia. Dentro al quale, al netto di crisi economica e rivoluzione tecnologica, si nascondono i valori che contraddistinguono il lavoro, tout court, e la formazione della persona, oltre che quella del lavoratore.
Attraverso il confronto con l’Europa la formazione si aggiorna e valorizza la tradizione. Innovazione e tradizione per trovare modelli didattici dei mestieri del futuro.
